Donald Carmichael, 78, of Elkhart, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at West Bend Nursing and Rehabilitation in South Bend, Ind.

Born in Fort Monroe, Va., Don joined the Marine Corps at a very young age and was a Korean veteran.

Don owned Four Flags Foto, a camera shop in Niles, for 12 years.

Services will be at Brown Funeral Home on Saturday at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Private interment will be at Silverbrook Cemetery.
