Parkinson’s program at COA

A leading neurologist from the University of Michigan Health System will present “Parkinson’s and You,” at the Cass County Council on Aging Lowe Center in Cassopolis at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
In “Parkinson’s and You,” Dr. Kelvin Chou will provide a brief update on Parkinson’s disease research and pharmacological treatments. He will also discuss Deep Brain Stimulation treatment.
This program will take place at the same time as the regularly scheduled Parkinson’s Support Group meeting. The program and support group are open to anyone with an interest in Parkinson’s disease, particularly people who have been diagnosed with it and their families.
