A Night of 5,000 Eggs, sponsored by Cass County Parks and Recreation and featuring a special appearance by the Easter bunny, takes place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. March 30 at Dr. T.K. Lawless Park southeast of Vandalia.
Bring a flashlight for the lighted Easter egg hunt for ages 2 to 10.
There will also be an owl demonstration, petting zoo, hay rides, star gazing, games, crafts and refreshments.
Cost is $2 per person.
