CASSOPOLIS — Purchases of three vehicles for the Sheriff’s Office were approved Feb. 16 by the Cass County Board of Commissioners.
A 2012 Chevrolet Equinox was bought from C. Wimberley in Dowagiac for $18,971, plus $15 title fees.
Two marked vehicles, a 2013 Ford Interceptor sedan for $24,187, plus $15 title fees, and 2013 Ford Interceptor utility for $26,098, plus $15 title fees, come from Signature Ford.
Four vehicles with more than 100,000 miles on them will be sold from the current fleet as part of a scheduled replacement program.
