EDWARDSBURG — Barn Swallow Theatre Board of Governors will hold its first meeting of 2012 at 10 a.m. Feb. 4.
The meeting will be in the theater’s new home, 22334 U.S. 12, east of the intersection of M-62 and U.S. 12, and adjacent to Four Lakes Country Club.
Action items on the agenda include election of board officers for the 2012 season and appointment of working committees for the theater’s performances, building and grounds, publicity, properties and fund raising/finance management.
Tentative scheduling of plays and other activities will be discussed.
Selection of directors and plays to be performed will be considered.
Directors interested in presentations for the coming season or productions are invited to attend to discuss their proposals at this meeting.
A work session to plan and prepare the facility for the coming season has been scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Feb. 11
