NILES — Janice Lee (Davis) Shearer, 72, of Platt Street, Niles, passed away at her home on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010, with her family by her side.

Janice was a homemaker most of her life. She owned and operated Jan’s Beauty Shop in Niles for more than 10 years. She also worked as a clerk for Four Flags Antique Shop.

A memorial service to honor Jan’s life will be held at Brown Funeral Home on Wednesday, Sept. 22, at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.

Pastor Dan Miller will be officiating.
