Gary Andrew Brown, 46, died Aug. 27, 2010 in Albany, Ore. in his home of natural causes.

He was raised in Niles and moved to Albany, where he lived with Mary Lanham and his stepfamily.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Deana L. (Purdy) Holmes.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Purdy; stepfather, Kenny Purdy; brothers, Raymon Brown and Mike and Jody Purdy, all of Niles; current stepfather, Ronald Lindsley; children, Candice (Duren) Brown, Vanessa (Duren) Brown, Gary Junior Brown and Sasha Dean Brown; and grandchildren, Adeline Crace and Landon Crace.

A memorial dinner will be held at the Eagles Club in Niles Sunday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. for family and friends.
