Stacy Renee Davis Jasper, 46, of East Main Street, Niles, died at 1:45 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at  Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles with Pastor Jeffrey L. Whittaker of Michiana Christian Embassy.

Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles.

Friends may call beginning at noon on Friday, Oct. 16, at the funeral home.

She was born on Nov. 21, 1962, at Niles, to Jack W. Davis and Janice Joan Forbes Davis.
She graduated from Niles High School in 1981 and has lived in Niles most of her life.
She was employed at Belle Plaza Restaurant in Niles.

She enjoyed animals, especially dogs and cats and wolves.

The International Star Registry has registered a star in her name.

She enjoyed motorcycling and volunteered with the American Bikers Aiming Toward Education program with the MDA. She also enjoyed trips to the events in Sturgis.

On June 24, 1995, on a cruise near Florida, she married John Michael Jasper. He died in March 2005.

Surviving family includes a daughter, Shannon Fern Guyott of Niles; her parents, Jack and Janice David of Niles; brothers, James L. Davis of Niles and Jack W. Davis II of San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Shelley L. Davis of Niles and several nieces and nephews.
