What sets your business apart from similar ventures? West Michigan Hearing Specialists is a small, private hearing clinic that has been serving Niles and its surrounding communities for 10 years. Our office continues to strive to put our patients’ needs first. Our audiologist has obtained her doctorate degree in audiology and continues to participate in continuing education in order to best serve our community. At our practice, we work with multiple hearing aid manufacturers, allowing us to meet each patient’s individual hearing preferences. Our main goal is to enhance each patient’s quality of life by fitting them with the most up-to-date, appropriate hearing aid and assistive listening technology.

What customers do you reach? We work with children, teenagers and adults who either have hearing loss or have concerns regarding their hearing health.

How does the future look? West Michigan Hearing Specialists continues to grow each year as more individuals in our community and our local physicians hear about our satisfied patients. Our efforts for growth will continue because this means we are helping improve the quality of life for those struggling with hearing impairments in our community.
