A rollover accident on Niles-Buchanan Road left three people injured Friday morning.

Sgt. Steven Campbell, of the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department, said 64-year-old Clifford Davis, of Niles, was heading west on Niles-Buchanan Road when he turned his minivan south onto Morris Drive and into the path of a car heading east on Niles-Buchanan Road.

Amy Marie Delaurelle, 31, of Osceola, Ind., was driving the other vehicle.

The impact caused Davis’ minivan to flip over and come to a rest upside down.

Campbell said Davis was at fault and that Davis claimed he didn’t see Delaurelle’s vehicle coming when he attempted to make the turn onto Morris.

The accident occurred around 10:42 a.m.

Delaurelle, Davis and one passenger in Davis’ vehicle were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
