Niles Garden Club meeting Wednesday

The Niles Garden Club will hold its March meeting Wednesday at the Niles Law Enforcement Complex on Silverbrook near the corner of Silverbrook and Main Street. The program will be on the Niles Community Gardens.

Mark VanTil, coordinator of the Niles Community Gardens, will discuss what is involved in being a member of the gardens and their locations. The community gardens are beautiful, fun, and a great source of organic vegetables for your meals. VanTil can also answer questions on when and what to plant, as well as, how to do it organically.

The meeting will start at 12:30 p.m. with social time, the program starting at 1 p.m., and the business meeting at 2 p.m. Carol Noid and Boo Smith will the hostesses. Everyone is invited. For questions regarding the meeting of the Niles Garden Club, call Cathy Mauthe at 756-3169.
