Vineyard Classic Bicycle Tour Sept. 8

Paw Paw Service League is taking registrations for the wine harvest bicycle tour.

The 32nd annual Vineyard Classic Bicycle Tour, sponsored by Paw Paw Service League, is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Registration will be held between 7 and 9 a.m. with the tour beginning between 8 and 9 a.m.

Registration and beginning of tour are at the Van Buren Human Services Building, Hazen Streety in Paw Paw.

There will be a choice of three routes: 22 miles, 39 miles and 60 miles.

Each tour travels through vineyards and orchards, past woodlands, rivers, lakes and neighboring villages.

Registration is $15 and rises to $20 day of the tour. Children younger than 12 may ride free when accompanied by an adult.

Registration must be postmarked no later than Aug. 12.Checks should be made payable to Paw Paw Service League, P. O. Box 414, Paw Paw, MI 49079.

Helmets are required.
