DOWAGIAC — Southwestern Michigan College is offering an opportunity for students and community members alike to chase after their career goals.

SMC’s Internship and Career Fair, involving more than 60 Michigan and Indiana employers, will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, in the Charles O. Zollar Building Student Activity Center on the Dowagiac campus.

The community is invited as well as SMC students to take advantage of networking opportunities with prospective job providers. SMC officials are encouraging individuals to dress business professional and bring copies of their resume.

“This is another example of the important work SMC does to help all members of the community, making it easier for businesses to find workers and for residents to explore career opportunities in a convenient setting,” Board of Trustees Chairman Thomas F. Jerdon said.
