My daughter Sandra gave up having Thanksgiving dinner with her family, and grandchildren this year, and I asked her if she was sure about this and why?
She said, “well Dad, I work with some elderly folks and some are not doing as well — I thought about them and this could be their ‘last’ Thanksgiving dinner together, and I wanted to make it as nice for them as I could by helping out.”
She is always helping us, (her family), and friends.
