Photo story: Chamber of Commerce welcomes 11th Harvest Cafe

11th Harvest Cafe was welcomed by the community Monday by the Four Flags Chamber of Commerce.

The cafe is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Every last Sunday of the month the restaurant is opened as a soup kitchen.
