Buchanan Mayor Brenda Hess took a moment at Monday night’s city council meeting to recognize Miss Buchanan 2017 Andrea Bair and Mr. Blossomtime First Runner-up Dylan Catalano, both of Buchanan, for the work they have done in the pageant, and for representing Buchanan in a positive way.

Hess awarded both Bair and Catalano with keys to the city to commemorate the occasion.

“This is no small honor,” Bair said. “It’s really great to get the opportunity to represent my hometown. This is something I’ll truly treasure and hold onto.”
