More than 25,000 motocross fans flocked to Buchannan for the 43rd RedBud Nationals Saturday.

While Ken Roczen continued his domination of the 450 Class by sweeping the motos to extend his overall lead to 53 points over runner-up Eli Tomac, the 250 Class found itself with a new leader as Cooper Webb swept the motos.

Niles native and 2014 Edwardsburg graduate Austin Wagner missed qualifying for the 450 race by one position.

A memorial lap prior to the race was held in honor of the late Gene Ritchie, who founded the track.
