The Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a one year anniversary ribbon cutting for The Prized Pig on Jan. 22, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. at 33331 U.S. 12, Niles. Jeremy Vohwonkle, owner of The Prized Pig welcomed a great crowd to the celebration.

The Prized Pig opened its door one year ago and has since established a great reputation for some amazing BBQ.

“They have menu options to fit every apatite, and all the sides are amazing. Plus I feel like the prices are well worth it” said Joseph Barron, a student at Southwestern Michigan College. “I come here all the time.”

Owner Jeremy Vohwonkle shared with the crowd that in honor of the one year anniversary, The Prized Pig will be having some great specials throughout the week.

In keeping with its focus on promoting local business and boosting local economy, Chamber leaders say they are pleased to host these kinds of events to welcome an expansion of business.
