Nurse practitioner joins Cass Family Clinic

CASSOPOLIS — Sheryl File, ANP, (Sherry) a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, has joined the medical staff of the Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN).

Sherry File received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 1986 and her Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Oncology from Indiana University in 1995.

For the past 20 years she has worked as a Nurse Practitioner for the Oncology Care Associates and Lakeside Cancer Specialists in St. Joseph, Mich. along with working as the Nurse Manager Volunteer at the Pregnancy Care Center in Niles, Mich.

“I had been working in the specialty of Hematology/Oncology for many years in St. Joseph, but decided I wanted a change with a desire in my own community,” said File in regards to practicing in her hometown of Cassopolis. “My favorite aspect in practicing medicine is the love of providing a service to my patients who are seeking care for their problem or information to maintain good health and good health habits,” File continued.

Sherry File will be working at the Cassopolis Family Clinic.

Sherry File, ANP joins Dr. Neil See, Rebecca Kelln, PA-C, Kim Torres, FNP-BC, Dr. Steven Kujacznski, Dr. Ann Traynor, Dr. M. Troy Sailers, and Crystal Payton, FNP-BC in providing primary care to residents of Cass and Southeast Berrien Counties.
