Host Edwardsburg will face Mattawan in the opening round of the Division 2 Soccer Tournament Tuesday night.

The Eddies and Wildcats will meet at 5 p.m. with the winner advancing to face St. Joseph Thursday in the semifinals. That match, also at Edwardsburg, will begin at 5 p.m.

In the other first round match-up, Lakeshore, which won its first Big 16 soccer title Wednesday, will host Three Rivers at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The winner advances to face Niles Thursday at 5 p.m. No site has been selected for that match.

The championship will be held at Edwardsburg June 1 at 2 p.m.

Admission is $5 per person and no passes will be accepted.

 

Division 3

Buchanan will host the Division 3 District Tournament.

The Bucks will face visiting Comstock Tuesday at 5 p.m., while Dowagiac will host Coloma at 5 p.m. Paw Paw will host Parchment in the other first round match.

The winner of the Coloma-Dowagiac match will host the winner of the Parchment-Paw Paw contest Thursday.

Berrien Springs will travel to the winner of the Comstock-Buchanan match in the other semifinal Thursday.

The championship will be held at Buchanan at 5 p.m. June 1.
