CASSOPOLIS — Do your vegetables go bad before you use them all? Is fast food your idea of cooking for one? For so many of us cooking for just ourselves can be an outright challenge. But the COA Lowe Center in Cassopolis will serve up a variety of answers.

The Cass County Council on Aging’s chef Kevin Stantz will teach a class on “Cooking for One” from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

Stantz will serve up a host of ideas that will help you cook once and eat twice.

He will help make the most of leftovers and offer recipes that are just for one person —you.

The COA Lowe Center is located at 60525 Decatur Road at M-60. Call for reservations at (269) 445-8110.
