BENTON HARBOR – St. Joseph maintained its control of the Big 16 Conference West Division golf race with another jamboree victory Monday.

The Bears, who have won all of the jamborees to date, finished with a team total of 199, which was easily better than runner-up Lakeshore’s 226.

Mattawan placed third with a 244, edging Niles by a stroke as the Vikings finished at 245.

St. Joseph’s Jessie Fratzke was the medalist at Harbor Shores with a 43.

Sarah Cramer led Niles with a 53. Erica Hardy shot 61, Katie Holmes 64 and Abby Mattson 67.
