Tickets are still available for the 2012 Community Achievement Awards at the LMC Mendel Center from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, with emcees Zack East and Robin Van Dyke from Midwest Family Broadcasting.

Honored at the event will be the nominees for the Youth Volunteer Award, the Corporate Neighbor Award and Professionalism in Volunteer Management. New this year, 15 local organizations will be recognizing their chosen Volunteer of the Year.
