MENDON - The Brandywine varsity wrestling team split a pair of matches Wednesday night.
The Bobcats defeated Edwardsburg, 51-28, in a make up Lakeland Conference match, while they lost to Bronson, 60-20.
Winning matches for the Bobcats against Edwardsburg were Andrew Libera (103), Pat VanLaere (119), Kyle Perry (135), Jordan Bruni (140), Joel Perry (152), Eugene Miller (160), Adam Simons (189), Jeremy Hechtl (215) and Jeremy Howell (275).
Winning matches against Bronson were Kyle Brademas (112), Simons (189), Hechtl (215) and Howell (275).
The Bobcats will compete in the Lakeland Conference Wrestling Tournament on Saturday at Berrien Springs.
Wrestling is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
