Elias David Baldwin celebrated his first birthday July 27. He is the son of David and Susan (Skibbe) Baldwin of Decatur. Helping him celebrate were his maternal grandparents, Lester and Diane Skibbe; paternal grandmother, Nancy Baldwin (the late William Baldwin); and his siblings, Matthew Worley, Madison Worley and Karson Kendall-Baldwin.
