35th annual Turkey Trot a success once again for Southwestern Michigan College

Zac Orr of Kalamazoo and Jenna Matthews of Otsego were the overall male and female winners in the 35th annual Turkey Trot held Sunday at Southwestern Michigan College.
Orr posted a time of 18:32, while Matthews toured the 5K course in 21:22.
Grant Loftdahl of Holland ran 30:30 to win the 8K race.
Laura Briggs of South Bend, Ind. won the women's 8K with a time of 35:03.

Thanksgiving Day Run still
looking for runners, volunteers
The Niles-Buchanan YMCA and First Source Bank are currently taking registrations for the Thanksgiving Day Run, which will take place on Thursday, Nov. 27.
Save money by registering today as entry fees for this event will go up on race day.
There will be a 10K run, a 5K run and a one-mile fun run.
