LMC gets past Bethel College

Lake Michigan College slipped past Bethel College Monday night in college men's basketball, 79-70.
The Indians led 40-26 at the intermission and then managed to hold off Bethel in the second half.
This year's squad consists of several former Cassopolis standouts.
Anthony Curry is a sophomore, while Joe Alford and Derrick Outlaw are both freshmen.
Alford scored eight points for the Indians, while Curry and Outlaw each scored two points.
