Rocket Football registration will hold its final registration on Saturday, June 21 at the Rocket Football field on Elm Street.
Registration will be held from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Registration forms can also be picked up at the Little League field, however, those forms must be dropped of at one of the registration dates.
Players will be fitted for uniforms on those dates.
Equipment will be issued July 26 at the Rocket Football field from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Holes-in-one
Kay Beutter and Carolyn Geik both recorded holes-in-one recently in the Hampshire Women's 18 Hole Golf League.
Both aced the 161-yard No. 8 hole by using a three wood. Beutter's ace.
Glow in the Dark volleyball
On Saturday, Aug. 9, area teams can take part in the Third Annual Corvilla Glow In the Dark Volleyball Tournament at Outpost Sports in Mishawaka, Ind.
Tournament proceeds benefit Corvilla, a local non-profit organization that provides homes and services for people with developmental disabilities.
The registration fee is $25 per person or $100 per team and each player receives a tournament T-shirt and plenty of guaranteed playing time during the day and in the dark.
Body painters will be on hand with special glow-in-the-dark paints to help the teams get creative. Refreshments will also be available.
Teams will begin the tournament in the afternoon and continue playing under the black lights while they glow in the dark.
Prizes will be awarded to the top teams. Tournament sponsors are Outpost Sports, P.J. Marketing, WRBR, May Oberfell and Lorber, Pepsi Cola, Bethel College Volleyball and Zolman Tire.

Westgate Fast Gait
CASSOPOLIS -- The Westgate Center, Cass COA and Cass County Sheriff's Office are teaming up to sponsor the 14th annual Fast Gait Run set for June 28.
The run/walk will begin at 9 a.m. at the Cass County Fairgrounds and loops through scenic Cass County back roads and concludes back at the fairgrounds with an awards ceremony.
Events include a 8K run, a 5K run or walk and a one-mile fun walk. Fee for all events is $15 and is open to ages 7-to-70 plus. Pre-registration packets are available by contacting Don Switzer at 445-3170.
