The 2012 Cloverleaf Spelling Competition, open to Berrien, Cass and Van Buren county public and parochial districts, 8:30 a.m. until last word spelled, Lake Michigan College, Grand Upton Hall, 2755 E. Napier Ave., Benton Harbor. Students will compete for cash prizes; top prize is admission to the Scripps Howard National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. in the spring.
