Dear residents of the City of Dowagiac,

I know if you’ve driven around the city, you have seen many instances of trash, blight or in general a complete lack of any of the city’s many codes being enforced. I moved from the city due to these issues, they are letting anyone basically run a junk yard, if you happen by the areas of Louise and Florence or Orchard and West just to name a few, it is blatantly obvious that the city’s focus is not on the citizens or the property values in these non-downtown areas.

Why are people being paid with your tax dollars to not do the job?
