Corewell Health Primary Care Dowagiac hosts community open house

DOWAGIAC — A new medical facility showcased all it had to offer to community members on Monday.

Corewell Health Primary Care Dowagiac hosted its open house Monday afternoon. Community members were able to tour the office, meet the care team and register as a patient during the open house. The family-friendly event included refreshments and free giveaways. According to officials, the open house was hugely successful – several hundred people came out to see the new space and look into becoming patients much closer to home.

Corewell Health Primary Care Dowagiac, 520 Main St., opened its doors to new patients on May 29 and will operate Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Corewell Health Primary Care Dowagiac will provide a full range of services for patients of all ages, including preventative services, chronic condition management and treatment for a variety of health concerns. Corewell Health primary care physicians are the first point of contact for most of a patient’s health care needs throughout their lifetime, including physical, mental, and social well-being.
