NILES — Niles Athletics will have a doctor at the school for athletic physicals at the following times for those interested in participating in fall sports:

• 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday, July 29
• 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 5
• 11 am to 3 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 11
• 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.., Tuesday, Aug. 25 (middle school athletes)

Physicals will be conducted in the athletic office at the high school.

The cost to participate in Niles athletics is $50 per year. Included in that cost is a free physical and a student pass for entrance to all home games (excluding tournaments).

Cost for middle school students is $35, which includes a sports pass or $25 without a sports pass.

Cost to those not with Niles athletics is $35.

Parents are urged to fill the physical form out prior to the date of physicals, officials said.

The forms can be accessed at nilesathletics.com under the tab for forms or by picking up in the high school office, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
