NILES — The Howard-Ellis PTO planned a week of support for both teachers and local businesses in Niles for Teacher Appreciation Week this week. The PTO made a day-to-day list of businesses where teachers, instructional assistants, custodians, secretaries and kitchen staff can stop by each day to pick up a treat for themselves as well as supporting the store.
The first stop was at Veni’s on Tuesday. Staff received a $5 credit.
