DOWAGIAC — In an ongoing effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak and to keep staff safe, the city of Dowagiac has decided to temporarily waive all processing fees for online and telephone payments. For the time being, beginning today, city residents and business owners will not be charged any extra fees when making payments by the following methods:

• Phone at (833) 610-5716
• 24-hour drop boxes, located at the city hall front door or alley behind

former Huntington Bank

City officials asked that residents use these options to “reduce your stress, make your life a little easier, and keep you and your family healthy.”

Residents can call city hall if they have an emergency or immediate need.
