Rena Rosencrans

She graduated in 1975 from Buchanan High School. Rena worked for Semco Gas Company for 35 years, and was looking forward to retiring soon. She was all about helping other people. Rena and Jim have celebrated 27 years together. He always felt that she was the best thing that has ever happened to him.

In her free time, she enjoyed riding her Harley; and spoiling her grand-daughter Taya.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Betty; and her mother-in-law, Carolyn Rosencrans.

Rena is survived by her husband, Jim, of Dowagiac; her daughter, Lane (Trey Woods) Poledna, of Buchanan; grand-daughter, Taya Poledna, of Buchanan; brother, Kevin Schosker, of Tennessee; sister, Paula (John) Harrington, of Niles; her best friend, Debbie Crawley, of Niles; and her uncle, Harold (Deann) Ritter, of Buchanan.
