United Federal names senior vice president of information technology

ST. JOSEPH — United Federal Credit Union recently announced Duane Wilcoxson as United’s Senior Vice President of Information Technology. He brings more than 15 years of leadership to the team in such capacities as technological strategy, digital channels and credit union operations.
In his new role, Wilcoxson will serve as a member of the executive management team, responsible for providing vision and insight into the development and implementation of the IT strategic plan, demonstrating leadership, and driving competitive capability through innovation and technology solutions.
“Duane’s cumulative experience in technology, business, operations, and leadership roles make him invaluable to our executive management team,” said United’s President and CEO Terry O’Rourke. “We are looking forward to seeing the ongoing development of United’s IT roadmap as we continue to provide a secure, exciting Member experience.”
Prior to joining United, Wilcoxson served as Chief Information Officer at Interra Credit Union since 2016. He was with Teachers Credit Union from 2003 to 2009, ending with his role as Vice President of Information Technology.
Wilcoxson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University.
