SOUTH BEND — Zachary Schmidt, of Niles, was listed to the Manchester University dean’s list in the fall 2018. Schmidt is studying accounting. To earn a spot on the dean’s list, students must achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher while enrolled in at least 12 credit hours of classes this fall at the northern Indiana school.

Madelynne Keller, of Three Oaks, earned a spot on the dean’s list at St. Mary’s College for the fall 2018 semester. To qualify for this distinction, a student must achieve a grade-point average of at least 3.6 on a 4.0 scale, have a minimum of 12 graded credit hours, no incompletes and no grades lower than a C.
