DOWAGIAC — The Baker’s Rhapsody owner Jordan Anderson was chosen as the winner of the Ice Time Festival Chili Crawl, which took place Saturday in downtown Dowagiac.

Anderson garnered 98 votes for his Spicy Southwest Chili, complete with cilantro and lime crème fraiche, and eight different kinds of chili peppers. The Baker’s Rhapsody served more than 550 2-ounce samples during Ice Time.

Second place was awarded to Wood Fire. The local restaurant earned  92 votes. Wounded Minnow and Round Oak Revisited tied for third. 

The 23rd annual Ice Time Festival of the Greater Dowagiac Chamber of Commerce was underwritten by Lyons Industries, Dowagiac Area Federal Credit Union, Starks Family Funeral Homes, Dowsett Chiropractic Health Center and SEMCO.
