Gina R. Wiggins, 63, of Dowagiac, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018, at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at noon, Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St., Dowagiac with Pastor Scott Wyman officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Cancer Society.

Gina was born on March 29, 1955, in Dowagiac, to John and Nina (Burroughs) Ranieri Sr.

She graduated from Cassopolis High School in 1973.

On June 29, 1973, she married Mark Wiggins. Gina worked as a manager at Family Fare, formally known as Village Market and Felpausch, for more than 34 years before her illness. She was known as a home body where she loved spending time with her beloved cat and fish. Gina enjoyed the ocean, lighthouses and music.

Most of all she loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Gina is survived by her loving husband, Mark Wiggins; daughters, Holly (Matthew) Tidd, of Buchanan and Kelly (Richie) Villa, of Bloomingdale, Illinois; granddaughter, Ciara Tidd; sister Mary (Tom) Westgate, of Berrien Center and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Christine Groves, John Ranieri Jr., and Moe Ranieri.
