Check out the Cass District Library

I’ve had many opportunities this summer to use the services of the Cass District Library and have been thrilled with the services provided.  Of course, they offer countless current affairs books, newspapers and magazines, plus engaging literature.  But I’ve also attended multicultural events for both adults and children.  Visits with my granddaughter have revealed educational toys on hand, fun groups for learning and creating art.

This year, in addition to a reading incentive program, staff have assembled math packets by grade level to review skills.  People arrive for access to Internet, copying and faxing. The best experience was the Harry Potter themed escape room held at the main branch this July with fabulous attention to detail in the room (we were transported to Hogwarts) and a devilishly difficult set of clues to decipher.  Kudos to a highly skilled and dedicated staff who go over and above the requirements of the job to provide quality programs for our county. Have you checked them out lately?
