Summer Concert Series brings together Niles Vikings Class of ‘76

NILES — During last week’s Summer Concert Series in the Park, musicians Phil Anderson and Danny Hines serenaded a crowd with their acoustic guitars.
The concert was sponsored by the Niles High School Class of ‘76. The Niles High School alumni used the concert to host a “half-reunion” at the park at the same time as the concert. The crowd said they wanted to be there to support Anderson, who is also a Viking and Class of ’76 graduate.
Each Summer Concert Series helps to raise funds and awareness for a local nonprofit. Last week’s concert raised money for the Ruff and Tumble Dog Park.
