Students representing their schools in Michigan Gateway Community Foundation’s Youth Advisory Council volunteered their Saturday to bake cookies for seniors throughout southwest Michigan. The YAC members utilized the Niles Entrepreneurial Culinary Incubator, facilitated by Niles Main Street DDA, to bake and decorate the cookies, which they will deliver to seniors at the Greater Niles Senior Center, Buchanan Senior Center and Cass County COA this week.
