Health insurance expert of insurance Cindy Ellis will present on the topic from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5 at the St. Joseph Library, 500 Market St., in St. Joseph.

Her focus will be on ways to provide comprehensive, affordable health insurance coverage for all. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Following the presentation there will be a discussion of participants’ questions and concerns.
