Fernwood Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve will host a preview party for the 10th annual Fernwood Holiday Market from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at 13988 Range Line Road, Niles.

Those who visit the sneak peek will have the chance to enjoy food and drink with friends while browsing a blend of local artisans, specialty food vendors, growers of unique and artful plant material, and more. The event will also include a silent auction.

In keeping with Fernwood’s tradition of creating wreaths for the holidays, shoppers also may place orders for wreaths to be picked up at their convenience. Live holiday music will be provided by Dean Ulrich.

Registration is now open. Those interested can register online or by phone by Thursday. Tickets are $30 for one or $50 per couple.

The Fernwood Holiday Market will take place between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4.

During the market, people can browse and purchase unique jewelry, handmade kitchen items, one-of-a-kind ornaments and stuffed animals, pottery, hand-crafted baskets, lavender products and specialty plants, textiles, original art and cards, a vast assortment of unique food items, and much more. With a wide variety of more than 20 vendors, Fernwood encourages residents to not miss out on this event.

Admission is free. For a full list of all vendors and items visit Fernwood’s webpage at fernwoodbotanical.org.
