Former Police Chief Kozal earned praise for solving a 40-year-old cold case, the oldest in Michigan.

As reported in the Sept. 28 Argus, Kozal enlisted criminal justice students from Southwest Michigan College to work as advocates, helping to find long-awaited justice for the Stasiak family.

I honor our former police chief Kozal. Edwardsburg benefitted greatly during his tenure here.
