Howard 8U All-Stars win another championship

The Howard Township 8U All-Stars continued their winning ways last weekend by capturing the St. Joseph All-Star Tournament.
The undefeated Howard All-Stars defeated Bridgman, Brandywine, Lakeshore, Dowagiac and St. Joseph to capture the championship.
Howard defeated St. Joseph 15-7 in the title game.
Leading the way offensively were Brayden Wiemuth, Brady Fletcher and Carson Gessinger.
Defensive standouts were Brody Lace, Vinnie Vance and Preston Payne.
The Howard 8U All-Stars will take most of their team to Vincennes, Indiana this weekend to compete in the Ohio Valley Regional Tournament.
