Summer programs at Cass District Library

The Summer Library Club: Build a Better World is in full swing.
There are a variety of family friendly programs happening in July at all of the Cass District Libraries.
All programs are free of charge. Some programs have limited space available and require registration. For more information visit the website cass.lib.mi.us.
Edwardsburg Branch July schedule at a glance:
• Fridays: July 7, 14, 21 and 28 — Storytime, 10 a.m.
• Wednesdays: July 5, 12, 19, and 26 — Lunch Bunch Storytime, noon, bring your own lunch.
• Thursday, July 13 — Build It! Kids Maker Kits, 10 a.m. (sign-up required, call (269) 487-9215 to register) Bring a hammer and a Phillips-head screw driver.
• Monday, July 17 — Stack It Up! by Mr. Jim, 10 a.m., Interactive cup stacking program for kids.
• Monday, July 24 — Preparing for the Great American Solar Eclipse, 1 p.m., Learn basics about solar eclipses and how to view them safely.
• Thursday, July 27 — Junior Engineers! Bridge Building Challenge, 1 p.m., Kids will learn about different engineering fields and then participate in a bridge building challenge.
Mason/Union Branch July schedule at a glance:

• Tuesday, July 18 — Stack It Up! by Mr. Jim, 1 p.m., Interactive cup stacking program for kids.
• Tuesday, July 25 — Honey Bees 101, 1 p.m., Learn all about honey bees at this interactive fun program.
The Edwardsburg Branch is located at 26745 Church Street, Edwardsburg. The Mason/Union Branch library is located at 17049 US-12 (on the corner of US-12 and Kessington Road) in Edwardsburg.
