Jillian Elizabeth Torbet, of Dowagiac, will celebrate her 10th birthday Sunday, June 25.

She is the daughter of James and Jennie Torbet, of Dowagiac.  She has one sister, Sara Jane, 12.

Jillian is the granddaughter of Sue Wilder, of Dowagiac; Judy Torbet, of Coloma; Larry Torbet, of Niles and Sherry Byrd, of Decatur.

Jillian’s great-grandparents are Marvel DeGraff of Dowagiac; Jennie Torbet, of Milford, Illinois and Shirley Perkins, of Richland, Michigan.

Jillian recently completed fourth-grade at Patrick Hamilton Elementary School and said she is looking forward to fifth-grade.  She also enjoys playing soccer with Dowagiac Youth Soccer League.
