Members of the Cass County Board of Commissioners recognized the top graduating seniors from Dowagiac, Cassopolis and Edwardsburg during their meeting last week in Cassopolis. Among those honored was Union High School Class of 2017 Salutatorian Kayla Cromer, pictured receiving a certificate and pin from District 1 Commissioner Terry Ausra. Cromer graduated Sunday with a 3.912 GPA. She plans to attend Southwestern Michigan College this fall to study business.
