Crime Stoppers: Crime of the Week

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for anyone with information regarding a breaking and entering that occurred morning of May 19 at a Selge Construction trailer at the 1700 block of Mayflower Road, in Bertrand Township.

The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department responded to the crime at 7:30 a.m. A Trimble laser system was reported stolen. The equipment was valued at approximately $30,000 to $40,000. 

The theft occurred between May 12 and May 17.

Crime Stoppers wants the person or persons responsible for this breaking and entering and will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest. Crime Stoppers also pays cash rewards on other felony crimes and the capture of fugitives.
